To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel/ reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the booked appointment value. If you do not show up to your appointment and you do not notify us in advance, you will be charged up to 100% of your booked appointment value. First time guests who do not show up to their appointment without notifying the service provider will not be permitted to book again. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule. We will do our best to alter your services day of or reschedule you promptly upon your arrival.
